The 1200 Senior Emergency Information Cards have been delivered to the Mecosta County Senior Center for distribution to Mecosta County senior citizens to be placed on their refrigerators in case of an emergency. Plyarn is made by taking plastic grocery bags and cutting them into strips, tying them together and rolling them in balls. This creates a plyarn which is crocheted into mats for the homeless. Last year, the club donated a total of 14 mats for our local homeless shelter clients.continue reading →
