On a beautiful September evening, the GFWC Big Rapids “ladies of the road” beautified the M20 roadside by picking up discarded trash. In one hour’s time, seven members filled five bags, one of which was empty drink cans that were recycled to the Boy Scouts for their camp fund and the can tabs were collected to support the local Ronald McDonald House. They also recovered a large car part that someone “lost". continue reading →
